It is very easy!在PHOTOSHOP中将你需要加框的图片打开，用矩形选择工具选择要加框的范围，再将调色板的颜色调为你需要的颜色，用油漆桶工具将加框的范围上色。如果需要加其他的框可以使用粘贴。将需要加框的图片COPY，然后再粘贴在一张有相框的图片上。

有一种方法，不知算不算你们说的加框，就是先选择要加框的区域，然后在编辑下选择描边，描边的窗口是可以选择边框的宽度和前景色的

其实photoshop里面有不少现成的画筐action的阿
你在action旁边那个小▲点一下，载入下面的frame.atn
然后打开，就会看到10几个画筐效果，你选一个播放就可以了，很容易很容易的，而且可以做成set对一整个folder进行批处理，这样就可以把你所有的照片一下子装上筐了。

个人认为用PHOTOSHOP制作相框不如用CORELDRAW，他是一个功能强大的排版软件，当然其他用途也很“爽”
