楼上老是有人乱扔东西, 咋办?
偶家上面还有10层,再加上对面的住户, 一共20家.
老是有人乱扔杂物,昨晚一碗方便面砸在卫生间的窗户上, 溅得一蹋糊涂.
请问有没有相关的法律可以治理?
