游后感之二

我大概就是那种所谓的有思想的背包客，虽然我已经退化成用拉杆箱了。

我想高级的背包客每次都应该去一般人不去的地方，这样回来别人才会觉得你有深度有品位。 中国的人太多了，所以一般人不去的地方就是偏远的山沟沟里。

那些地方比较贫穷，所以作为有爱心的有思想的背包客，应该对这些地方赋予最大力量的人文关怀。 所谓的人文关怀，我说的通俗一点就是献爱心。 就是回到大城市让你身边的所有认识的人，都献一点物质给那里一些不认识的人。 有些菩萨们还会想方设法让自己不认识的人也捐一点东西给那里的那些不认识的人。通过这些事情还充实自己的生活，让自己已经很圣洁的心变得更加圣洁，让人敬畏。

而且这些拿人不劳之财的人大多都是孩子。谁让孩子是祖国的未来，社会主义建设将来的栋梁。 如果你不给他们一些东西，他们就没有办法上学，不上学就没有未来。 不拿点东西出来让孩子有个未来，说明你是一个多么残酷无情的人，这样的人是得不到姑娘的爱的。

可惜的是，我偏偏是一个有着善良外表但残酷无情的人。

当然我要一个申诉的机会，作为一个冷酷的商人和长期在一线考察的经验告诉我

1. 教育，包括所有的教育有关的物资，这是国家的事情，与百姓无关。

2. 受教育者，在山区及其他贫困地区，急需教育的是中青年，而不是儿童。

请允许我再啰嗦的展开一下。

关于第一点，我们再看两组数据

1.1 从事商业活动的朋友都知道，我国所有的发票里，都被政府收了0.5%到1%的教育基金税。中国官方公布的一年的GDP总量是15万亿人民币， 就算里边只有一半需要用到发票，那一年政府在教育基金税的收入是3000亿到4000亿左右。 其实各个地方还有其他的教育附加费，像不少省份就在宾馆多收5%的附加费。

1.2 我在凉山遇到一个正规的乡村教师，一个人带5个年级，学生25人，他的收入是一个月80元。南方周末说个别地区的乡村代课老师一个月的收入只有45元。

4000亿和45元。这些钱到底都去哪里了？ 而且还有一个完全政府化的“希望工程”在向全世界敛财。

所以，额外的去捐献给这些孩子任何教育用品，是对政府腐败的一种纵容。

关于第二点。

那凉山州为例，这个地方有三个特点。 孩子多，吸毒多，艾滋病多。

平均每对夫妻都有4个孩子（政府规定是两胎）， 如果孩子少一点，没了男尊女卑的思想，也就不会有卖自己孩子的悲惨的人间故事。 吸毒，艾滋病也就不多说了。

自己没有孩子，关于孩子的教育没有发言权。 但是我也是从孩子走过来的，至少我知道父母（大人）对一个孩子的影响有多大，作为中国吸毒艾滋病最集中的地方，孩子的处境可想而知。

因为没有文化，耕作种植采取的还是最原始的方法。因为没有文化，生产力不能得到有效提高，生产资料不能得到最充分的利用。因为没有文化，即使出去打工也没有人要。

中青年知道自己的弱点，憎恨自己没有文化，但是他们却没有环境和能力来改变这个现状，只能让自己的坏习惯不经意的又传给了自己的孩子。

古人说，这世间最可恶的就是商人，不下地干活，还到处流窜，妖言惑众。 古人说的真对！
