相当不爽的一个下午+晚上

今天公司中国区总监风风火火从北京赶到上海，说要找我面谈一些事情。 谈就谈呗，我还正希望和他谈谈呢。

结果从下午4点开始的会议，一直谈到晚上11点半。

 这个决定真是一个笑话，公司招人，招了半天招不到，终于等到一个人愿意投奔我们，而且八九月里边再也找不到别的傻子来投奔了，于是把本来已经给我的职位让给了他。

初听这个决定，我倒是很坦然，来一个比我行业经验丰富的人我也无话可说，全力配合也是理所应当，反正都是打工的，销售也不靠这个混日子。  然后领导说了一句话，让我拍了第一次桌子，说是这个人一点经验都没有，但是请一个人不容易，希望我带他半年。 我睁大了眼睛请他复述一遍刚才说的话，领导说，为了公司你就屈就一下吧。

 天下哪有这种事情，请了一个人来，职位比我高，工资比我高，却什么都不懂，要我带他一段时间，还要我划一部分客户给他，让他能够存活下去。

 我终于站了起来，很郑重的告诉我对面的人，你这么说，我的理解是做完这个月我走人。

 领导挪动了他丰满的身体，说，你就再干半年把，半年之后再调整。

 终于我忍不住了，第二次拍了桌子瞪了他一眼，你真以为我是傻子啊。

 简直就是一个天大的笑话，这种事情一点逻辑都没有。

 领导又开始冠冕堂皇的安慰了，小章我相信你一定能和他相处好的。

 我只能亮底牌了，对不起，如果这件事情已经决定了，明天中午之前我的辞职信会出现在整个集团1000名员工的信箱的，让他们在茶余饭后也能有个笑话看看。

 领导毕竟是领导，面不改色的又花了一个小时开始各种解释说明加安慰，最后说，小章再干一年吧，我也是被逼得。

 面对这种情况，我只能阴损一点的回答了，我知道你是被逼得，否则这事儿真不是人干的。

 接下来是好几个小时的艰苦的拉锯，解释和讨价还价。

  23：00了，我眨了眨眼，说，看来我整个9月都可以在巴基斯坦了。

领导一脸严肃地对我说，你要休假吗？不能休这么长啊，中国现在就你一个销售。

 我说， 放心，回来之后我会来公司应聘的。
